Good Glass

Uganda, specifically the city of Kampala, is flooded with trash. Good Glass Ltd tackles the problem with waste in Uganda by recycling discarded glass bottles. The bottles are transformed into drinking glasses and vases, candleholders, lantern and other unique items for use in the home and garden by using an environmentally friendly cold process. In other words, Good Glass Ltd is creating a cleaner environment for Uganda by reusing garbage. Another key element of Good Glass’ operations is that it addresses the issue of poverty and unemployment. By providing the Ugandan employees with training, fair wages, financial advice, and so forth, Good Glass ensure that the workers can provide a good life for themselves and their families.
