Oren Ipp

Oren has more than 15 years’ of experience designing, implementing and evaluating foreign aid programs around the world. His expertise is in governance and peacebuilding in fragile states. Oren has served as director, senior advisor, professor, team leader, and researcher for multilateral institutions, UN agencies, non-profit organizations and private companies. He has also designed and taught several academic courses, including graduate seminars at New York University. In recent years, Oren has specialized in measuring the impact of development programs and initiatives. His current portfolio includes: a year-long evaluation of EU assistance in Myanmar, a project to redesign how UNICEF works with volunteers, and helping social entrepreneurs measure the impact of their ventures as an Impact Partner with SE Forum. Oren holds a Master’s degree in International Policy Studies from Stanford University.
