Anna Lithagen is Programme Manager for the Swedish Institute Management Program for Asia and Latin America (Bolivia), focusing on sustainable business and responsible leadership. She has also initiated and been Programme Manager for the SHE Leads Leadership Program in Saudi Arabia.
She holds a Master of Science degree in International Economics and Business Administration with a specialisation in management and languages, and has a background in international relations with global corporations and organisations. Previously, she was CEO and Founder of ‘Talent Tribe’, convening, connecting and catalysing global talent, change makers and leaders, is former Head of Section with the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications and has been employed by the U.S. State Department.
Anna has experience from the private, public as well as non-governmental sectors and has served as member of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s ‘International Council on Women’s Business Leadership’ (ICWBL), is Co-Founder of the global ‘Women Leaders Up’ programme, in partnership with McKinsey & Co, and senior collaborators. She has been Senior Advisor with the Young Innovation Hub, and Project Manager of the government commissioned initiative ‘Golden Rules of Leadership’ with the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, promoting sustainable growth, leadership and entrepreneurship in Sweden and globally, and formed part of the Government Commissioned ‘Entrepreneurship Advisory Committee’. Furthermore, she is a member of the board of IDEON Innovation, an entrepreneurship and innovation incubator in Lund.
