Stella Ngugi

Stella is a Human Resources Professional working with African Wildlife Foundation located in Nairobi. Prior to this she worked with Sanergy Limited, Safaricom Limited, East Africa Breweries Limited and Kenya Maritime Authority in various Human Resources positions. A graduate of Moi University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, she is currently pursuing a National Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from the College of Human Resources Management Kenya.

Stella is passionate about boosting performance and competitiveness of individuals and organizations through innovations that will also bring about positive social, economic and leadership change in Africa. As the Founder of Smart Society Kenya, her mission is to promote technological empowerment of society as a path to economic and social development.

Stella took part in SE Forum’s Social Business Bootcamp in 2016.
