Maja Bergström
Maja Bergström and Petter Hanberger started working together while studying at the department for visual communication at Beckmans College Of Design in Stockholm. They founded the startup Bridgit together.
Maja has a nose for new trends and technologies and has been working as a film director in Paris and New York. She also has a background in farming in Iceland, and she has studied dentistry.
Maja took part in SE Forum’s SE Outreach Accelerator in 2013.
Bridgit
Bridgit offered a new way of surfing the web and engaging in global issues at the same time. Their technology connects corners of the world that usually are disconnected, to accelerate social change. It’s an application for computers and handheld devices that follows peoples daily online movements to learn what engages individuals around the world. It offers direct ways to get involved in global issues and possibilities to connect with others who share the same interest and engage in similar issues.
