About Harriet & her Social Enterprise

About the enterprise
Rhythm of Life is an initiative targeting sex workers in Kampala with an aim of providing health services, counselling and training. The hallmark of the social
initiative is providing health services to sex workers and professional training to the daughters of sex workers through a health café established in their ‘own turf’ – the red light area of Kabalagala. The social initiative is aimed at building and earning trust amongst a group of individuals who still face stigmatization and social exclusion in Kampala and in turn uplift and provide career development to their daughters through professional healthcare training.
