She has previously worked in Financial Services Risk & Regulation at PwC Sverige, leading the regulatory task force for Asset & Wealth Management. Katarina has also taught corporate law at Stockholm University while doing legal research regarding the legal structure of investment funds and has served as an expert on investment funds in Swedish legislative work under appointment by the Swedish Minister of Financial Markets, Per Bolund. Joining the Board as Treasurer is Stefan Eriksson, with 20 years of experience from the Financial Services sector, mainly focusing on accounting and risk. He currently serves as interim CFO for Sveriges Utbildningsradio (UR), and previously held accounting and auditing roles with Nordea, NASDAQ OMX, Handelsbanken, and EY.

Previous Chair of the Board, Maria Bustamante, an international executive exeprienced in marketing, communications, business development, and strategy, has stepped down from her role but will stay on the Board as a Member. “Adding these new board members gives us a burst of fresh energy and real gravitas. At SE Forum, we have a lot of momentum now, building on a track record of quality and impact, great partnerships like our current work with Seeds of Peace on the GATHER Fellowship, and our first-rate accelerator programmes. We look forward to working with such great people with a heart to serve and to harness business as a force for good by promoting, inspiring, and empowering entrepreneurs from Sweden and all over the world”.

– Gregg Vanourek, Chair of the Board
